Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking transfer of the suit in O.S.No.48 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif, Shenkottai and to transfer the same to the file of XII Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai for trial along with O.S.No.4550 of 2009.
