The petition has been filed seeking an order to effect substituted service to respondents 1 to 4 by way of paper publication. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 14.08.2019 stating that the petitioner, who is the 6th defendant, filed the above appeal and respondents 1 to 4 are the contesting parties and respondents 8 to 15 are given up.

3.The memo filed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is taken on record and the petitioner is permitted to effect paper publication in any local daily, namely, Dinamalar/Dinathanthi/ Dinamani having a substantial circulation in Coimbatore stating the date of hearing as 16.09.2019.

4.List the case on 16.09.2019.
