The petitioners seek to grant leave to file petition or direction against the respondents (2-4) herein not to take coercive steps in pursuant to the notice dated 23.06.2025 in Na.Ka.No.995/2025 without following this Court order dated 28.03.2025 in W.M.P.No.13106 of 2025 in W.P.No.38625 of 2004.

3. Heard both sides and perused the documents placed on 2/4

record carefully.

4. It is relevant to note that the petitioners have filed the present petitions seeking leave to file petitions on the ground that the respondents are taking steps to evict the petitioners.

Taking note of the fact that already this Court has passed a detailed order with regard to the steps to be taken by the respondents to secure water bodies, these Petitions seeking leave to file a petition or direction to the respondents 2 to 4, does not arise and the present petitions are dismissed.
