Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records in Na.Ka.No.6471/2013/A2/UE (P), dated 07.10.2013, on the file of the respondent and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and unconstitutional.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition to quash the order passed by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.6471/2013/A2/UE (P), dated 07.10.2013.

2. This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the 1st respondent, in and by which, the cheque signing power of the petitioner / Panchayat President, was taken away.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the term of the office of the petitioner had already expired and hence the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the light of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
