When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 2.Recording the same, the writ petition stands closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned for any other relief.
