ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records connected with Crime No.262 of 2018 on the file of the respondent herein and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and the case has been closed as "Mistake of facts" on 22.02.2019 and hence nothing survives for further consideration in this matter.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
