Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 3.9.2012 sent to the respondents 2 and 3 and take appropriate action against the office bearers of the Parent Teachers Association functioning in the Government Muslim High School, Thayar Sahib Street, Chennai-2 for their unauthorised acts of collecting hefty fees from the students more than the fees prescribed by the Government.

ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this writ petition for a mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider his representation dated 3.9.2012 and take appropriate action against the office bearers of the Parent Teachers Association functioning in the Government Muslim High School, Thayar Sahib Street, Chennai-2 for their unauthorised acts of collecting hefty fees from the students more than the fees prescribed by the Government.
2.However, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
