This application has been filed to receive the originals of the following documents:

a) Death Certificate of P.Abbu Pillai dated 15.09.2010. b)Legal Heirship Certificate of P.Abbu Pillai dated 03.04.2018. c) Death Certificate of A.Saraswathi dated 05.10.2021. d) Legal Heirship Certificate of A.Saraswathi dated 16.06.2014. 2.

The aforementioned documents were not filed along with original petition earlier and hence, the applicant / petitioner has sought for permission to receive the same.

This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application. Accordingly, A.No.4178 of 2021 is allowed as prayed for.
