This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.22 of 2018 in HMOP No.88 of 2017 dated 11.07.2018 on the file of the Court of Sub-Ordinate Judge, Chidambaram.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the

matter has been settled between the parties. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
