PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the respondent relating to the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 31.07.2019 bearing REF.No.ZOC/VIG/RDA/2268/2019 read with letter dated 31.07.2019 bearing reference No.ZOC/VIG/2272/2019 and the consequential proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 31.07.2019 bearing reference No.HO/PSD/DISC/PB/2019-20/736 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction, malafide, vindictive and to consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to settle all the terminal benefits which the petitioner would have got but for the impugned proceedings together with interest at the rate of 18% per annum from the date petitioner attained the age of superannuation i.e. 31.07.2019 till the date of actual payment.
