This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 178 days in re-presenting the Crl.R.C against the order dated 27.11.2024 passed in Memo in S.C.No.120 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Court, Cuddalore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 178 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
