3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.44 of 2015 was completed and final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Virudhachalam on 08.10.2016. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
