Respondents This application has been filed by the applicants seeking to annexe the sketch filed along with this application containing linear measurements on all sides of the respective plots allotted to the parties, so as to form part of the judgment and decree dated 20.02.2023 made in O.P.No.1050 of 2019.

2. In the compromise decree recorded by this Court on 20.02.2023 passed in O.P.No.1050 of 2019, the joint compromise memo dated 07.02.2023, which contained the sketch, did not have linear measurements. Therefore, the applicants have stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application that the Registration Department is not accepting for registration of the compromise decree. Only under those circumstances, this application has been filed.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle that she has no objection for allowing this application. The said endorsement is recorded. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.
