ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to modify the condition dated 29.09.2016 made in Crl.MP.No.5304 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Alandur, Chennai.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. The petitioners were arrested and remanded on 26.09.2016 for offence under Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act and released on bail on 29.09.2016 in CMP.No.5304 of 2016 by the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur on certain conditions, one of which is that they should report before the Investigation Officer everyday at 10.00 a.m. for a period of 90 days. Challenging the aforesaid condition, the present petition is filed.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are reporting before the Investigating Officer from 03.10.2016.
5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances, the bail condition is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Investigating Officer as and when required.
