This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to secure the accused Revathi in Crime No.89 of 2019 dated 01.02.2019.

2.The relief as sought for in this petition cannot be granted by this Court. The securing of any accused person or arresting them, forms part of the investigation conducted by the respondent police and it is a decision to be taken by the respondent police in the course of investigation. Such positive directions cannot be given, since the same will amount to interfering with the investigation, which is within the exclusive domain of the police.
