C O M M O N O R D E R These applications have been filed by the respondent in all the Arbitration Original Petitions to set aside the exparte order passed on 27.02.2025 in Arb O.P. [Com.Div] Nos.218, 219 and 220 of 2023.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent in all these applications has stated no objection for allowing these applications without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondent/petitioner to raise all objections in the main O.P.
3. Accordingly, these applications are allowed as prayed for. The exparte orders passed against the respondent on 27.02.2025 in Arb O.P [Com.Div.] Nos.218, 219 and 220 of 2023 are hereby set aside by this Court.
4. Post Arb O.P [Com.Div.] Nos. 218, 219 and 220 of 2023 'for arguments' on 14.08.2025.
