O R D E R

By the impugned order dated 17.10.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.5301 of 2016, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, granted bail to the petitioner on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for the like sum and on further condition that he has to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. for a period of 90 days. Now, the present petition has been filed to issue a direction modifying the said conditions imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.

2.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who took notice for the respondent, submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by the Trial Court, regularly.

3.Heard both the sides.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate, Alandur in Crl.M.P.No.5301 of 2016 dated 17.10.2016, in respect of reporting before the respondent Police alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required. 5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
