ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for an offence under Sections 406, 420, 294(B), 506(i) of I.P.C in Crime No.46 of 2021, seeks Anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to hav induced the De-facto Complainant that he will secure sub contract for the De-facto Complainant in the Railway Department and received a sum of Rs.25 Lakhs from the De-facto Complainant and thereafter he neither secured the sub contract nor returned the money

3. It is seen from records that this is the second Anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. The previous order, dismissing the Criminal Original petition in Crl.O.P.No.19137 of 2021 was passed by this Court on 27.10.2021.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant Anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the second Anticipatory bail petition. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
