This revision arises challenging the order of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kanchipuram District at Chengalpattu. dated 28.10.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.576 of 2021 filed by the respondent-Police.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioners submitted that it is almost four months since the filing of the present revision, and seeks liberty of this Court to move the concerned Sessions Court with a fresh application for bail.
