Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in Proceeding No.T8/TNPCB/F.23778/CBE/2007 dated 26.07.2007 of the 1st respondent, quash the same and further direct the respondents not to disturb the operations of the petitioner unit so long as the petitioner complies with the norms validly prescribed by the respondents under the law.
