Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to remove the balance remaining 16 name erroneously reflecting in the petitioners' patta pertaining to the property situated in survey No.320/3B3B in Veerapandi Village, Tiruppur South, Tiruppur District and to replace the name of Mr.S.Venkatachalam (Late) with the names of his legal heirs i.e., the petitioners herein, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to remove the balance remaining 16 names erroneously reflecting in the petitioners' patta pertaining to the property comprised in survey No.320/3B3B situated at Veerapandi Village, Tiruppur South, Tiruppur District and to replace the name of Mr.S.Venkatachalam (Late) with the names of his legal heirs i.e., the petitioners herein, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Heard, Ms. Anu Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. Without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.09.2020, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and the counter parties, if any and after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders to remove the balance remaining 16 names erroneously reflecting in the petitioners' patta pertaining to the property comprised in survey No.320/3B3B situated at Veerapandi Village, Tiruppur South, Tiruppur District and to replace the name of Mr.S.Venkatachalam (Late) with the names of his legal heirs i.e., the petitioners herein, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
