Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the Petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily 10.30.AM until further orders, imposed on the Petitioners, in the Crl.OP.No. 18782 of 2021 dated 07.10.2021 and pass such other or further orders as this Hon`ble Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.GANESAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.18782 of 2021 on 07.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on monthly once of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
