ORDER

The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband. She married the respondent on 03.02.2023 at Thoothukudi. Subsequently, they

set up their matrimonial home at Chennai. Alleging that the petitioner wife has indulged an act of cruelty, the husband has moved a petition for divorce in HMOP.No.1533 of 2024 on the file of the III Additional Family Court at Chennai.

2. The wife, being a resident of Coimbatore, is not able to undertake to travel from Coimbatore to Chennai and she is not earning sufficiently to cover the expense for the travel. Hence, she has moved this transfer petition.

3. Notice was ordered in the transfer petition. Mr.B.Prabhu is entering appearance for the respondent.

4. Opportunities were granted on 13.09.2024, 27.09.2024 as well as today. For none of the hearing, Mr.B.Prabhu is not present to oppose the petition.

5. Taking into consideration the convenience of the wife, this transfer petition is allowed. Accordingly, HMOP.No.1533 of 2024 is withdrawn

from the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai and is transferred to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
