O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that she was working as a Tailor at M/s.Tehzeeb Katari Textiles Private Limited and at the time of joining, the said company has opened a Employee Provident Fund account in the name of the petitioner with PF account number "TN/22685/973", in which the petitioner is eligible for EPF benefits. The name of the petitioner has been wrongly typed as 'P.Shanthi' instead of 'M.Shanthi' in the said EPF account. Because of the confusion with regard to initial, the petitioner is unable to get any benefits from the EPF account. Thus, the petitioner has made the said representation on 12.06.2024 by way of a registered post and has come up with this Writ Petition seeking for a direction to consider the same.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the entire materials available on record.

The respondent shall consider the representation dated 12.06.2024 of the petitioner and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording

opportunity to the petitioner in person.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
