O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in Crime No.505 of 2021 pending on the file of the respondent police without adhering to the mandatory provisions of law contemplated under the Cr.P.C.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint give by one Amutha in respect of missing of her daughter Sangeetha, a married woman, a case in Crime No.505 of 2021 was registered and the petitioner was called for enquiry during the pendency of investigation. However, later the woman, Sangeetha has been secured and the case has been closed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further action dropped. He would further submit that respondent has not harassed the petitioner.

3. It is made clear that now the case has been closed and the respondent police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
