This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai District, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.13118 of 2023 dated 20.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai District, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
