This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mhalir Neethimandram, Chennai - 600 003 in S.C.No.157 of 2015 dated 21.10.2021.

2. Already sufficient time has been granted to the petitioner and that the bail petition itself is pending from the year 2021. Hence, there is no point of hearing this petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petititon is closed.
