The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records in Na.Ka.No.A1/2648/2024 dated 26.05.2025 on the file of 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to issue a transfer order to the petitioner based on her representation dated 24.03.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she is having 18 months old girl child. However, without considering her family difficulties, the respondents have transferred her to four places within a period of one month. It is the further submission of the petitioner that these 2/6
transfers were made only to accommodate one Mr.K.Arumugam who is the manager of the BDO. According to the petitioner the transfer is arbitrary one. It is the contention of the petitioner that complaining all these misdeeds, she has given representation directly to the Collector when he visited the Kilimangalam Village on 07.06.2025. Hence prayed to allow this writ petition.
3. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2nd respondent would contended that the representation does not contain the acknowledgement.
4. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she may be given liberty to give fresh representation to the Collector.
5. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
6. The fact remains that she has been transferred to four places within a period of one month. Hence, the petitioner is given liberty to give a fresh 3/6
representation to the Collector within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such representation is received, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks thereafter.
7. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
