On 12.12.2016, there was no representation for the petitioner and the Registry was directed to post the matter on 14.12.2016. Thus, it is listed today. On two occasions, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Hence, we are constrained to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution.
