ORDER

This transfer petition is at the instance of the wife. She seeks

withdrawal of MC.No.4 of 2020 on the file of the District cum Judicial Magistrate, Pennagaram, Dharmapuri and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court at Dharmapuri.

2. I heard Mr.M.Jaisingh and Mr.P.M.Jayachandran for the respective parties. I have gone through the affidavit.

3. It is represented that the case in M.C.No.4 of 2020 is posted for arguments. Hence, I am not inclined to transfer. Accordingly, this transfer petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
