2. However, Mr.A.Umasankar, learned counsel for the respondents does not raise any objection to the delay condonation.

3. Hence, taking a lenient view of the matter and on the concession of the learned counsel for the respondents, the delay of 123 days in filing the Writ Appeal is condoned. This Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.
