Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to issue a family card to the petitioner based on the application dated 09.11.2011 given by the petitioner within a stipulated period of time. For Petitioner ::

As the petitioner's request for issuance of family card, pursuant to the application made by him on 09.11.2011, is yet to be considered, even after lapse of 4 years, the present writ petition has been filed.

When the writ petition is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that suffice if a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders on his pending application.

In view of the above submission ade by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the application of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner dated 09.11.2011, for issue of family card, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
