ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 342, 506(ii) of IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.421 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other co-accused were abused in filthy language and threatened her with intend to release her photos through social media. Due to the act of the petitioner, the complainant's daughter has suffered mental agony, hence she committed suicide. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged offences and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner assaulted the defacto complainant and his daughter with sickle. He would further state that the investigation in this case is not yet completed. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the above fact and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegations against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
