CMP.No.19614 of 2021 has been filed to declare the 6th and 7th respondents as majors in the above Appeal Suit. CMP.No.19615 of 2021 has been filed to discharge the 3rd respondent from the guardianship of the 6th and 7th respondents in the above Appeal Suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing these petitions.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed. gv 03.12.2021 Note: The Registry is directed to carry out the (1⁄2) necessary amendments in the cause-title and post the main Appeal on 23.12.2021.
