Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to release the salary payable to the petitioner for the discharge of duties as Headmaster in 4th respondent school for the period from 01.09.1997 upto this date after giving credit to the amount paid from 01.01.1998 to 30.03.1999 with interest calculated at 12% upto the date of payment within the time specified by this Court and continue to pay the salary. http://www.judis.nic.in
