The matter is placed before this court on the letter received from the court below seeking extension of time granted in this Criminal Original Petition for disposal of Special S.C.No.26 of 2021 on the file of Court of Sessions (Special Court of POCSO Act), Villupuram.

2. The Trial Judge had sought for extension of two months. Considering the reasons adduced for the delay in disposal of the case, this court feels it appropriate to extend the time by two months and accordingly, it is extended by two months from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry.
