This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.44 of 2021 from the Subordinate Court at Ponneri and transfer the case, to the Sub-Court at Tambaram.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has stated no objection to allow this transfer petition.

4.Considering the fact that the contesting respondent does not have any objection for the transfer, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.44 of 2021 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Ponneri is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
