(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition came up for hearing, Mr.Krishna Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that vide mail dated 04.01.2024 the petitioner had informed him that her husband/detenu had returned home on 01.01.2024 and hence requested him to withdraw the instant petition. He has also made an endorsement in the cause bundle to that effect.
2. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
