Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent herein to consider the petitioner representation dated 04.04.2016 and reminder representation dated 09.05.2016 to grant permission to the petitioner to run the petitioner's bunk and also supply petrol and diesel for the petitioner's bunk which is in the name of M/s.Karthikeyan Traders which is situated in Veeraganur Village, Gangavalli Taluk, Salem District.

By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

Mr.A.Rajakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the husband of the petitioner granted license to run a petrol bunk under physically challenged quota and he was running the said business in the name and style of "M/s.Karthikeyan Traders" for more than 30 years at Veeraganur Village, Gangavalli Taluk, Salem District and he died on 08.03.2016 and thereafter, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 09.05.2016 to the third respondent praying for transfer of license with a further direction to run the petrol bunk and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this Writ Petition.
3. Heard the submissions of Mr.M.Vijayan for M/s.King and Patridge, learned counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.A.N.Thambidurai learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the fifth respondents.
4. Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2016 in accordance with law, after putting on notice B.Muthukumaran, S/o.Brammananda Mudaliar and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the above said person. 5.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
