3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 280 days in filling the Memo adopting the written statement of the first defendant in C.S.No.173 of 2022 is condoned on payment of cost of Rs. 1,500/- to the plaintiff.
