Crl.M.P.No.12650 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14544 of 2023 V.SIVAGNANAM,J.

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14544 of 2023 dated 28.06.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, petitioner is not complying the condition regularly. He further submitted that, investigation in this case is not completed.

3. In the said circumstances, this Court finds no reasonable grounds for relaxing the condition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
