ORDER
In a proposed suit claiming damages against the 1st and 2nd defendants for alleged negligence relating to the bank account of the intending plaintiff with the 1st defendant bank, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue the 2nd & 3rd respondents before this Court.
2. In the draft plaint, it is stated that part of the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court because the intending plaintiff opened his bank account with the 1st defendant and made payments in such accounts in relation to transactions with the 3rd defendant.
3. Upon examining the draft plaint and the affidavit in support of this 2/4
application, it appears that at least part of the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this application is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the 2nd & 3rd respondents before this Court. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if otherwise in order.
