ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this writ petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to grant temporary license to the petitioner for the license period 20132014 on disposing the application of the representation dated 04.02.2013.
2. The petitioner has sought license from the respondent for possession and sale of manufactured fire works and crackers for the period 2013 - 2014.
3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
4. In the light of the above fact, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
