Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2016 reminder representation dated 28.06.2016 and issue the petitioner pension for the year 2015 and 2016 as per the order dated 07.05.2013 made in ROC.No.76/2013/B2 passed by the 4th respondent.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims to be a senior citizen and according to him, the fourth respondent vide proceedings dated 07.05.2013 has ordered old age pension at the rate of Rs.1,000/- per month and without any notice whatsoever, it was stopped right from the year 2015 and in this regard, has submitted representation dated 16.06.2016 to the respondents followed by a reminder dated 28.06.2016 and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.
3.Heard the submissions of Mr.A.Rajakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the fourth respondent to consider and
dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2016 and the reminder dated 28.06.2016, in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
