This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 11.09.2020 vide SR.No.191/20 and file a FIR.

2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent police as early as on 11.09.2020, the respondent has not taken any action against the said complaint till date.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that C.S.R.No.191 of 2021 was assigned on the complaint given by the petitioner and thereafter enquiry has been conducted and closed on 23.12.2020.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. However, the respondent police is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

furnish the copy of the closure report to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
