O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second

respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 02.08.2022 following a representation dated 10.01.2024 in a time-bound manner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, may direct the second respondent to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner seeking legal heir certificate within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the appeal will dispose of on merits.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to dispose of the appeal after giving necessary opportunity to the parties on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
