This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.10741 of 2022 dated 20.05.2022 that "the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the credit of crime number which is the subject matter of the present petition and thereafter, the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount. If the petitioner succeeds in the criminal case, the defacto complainant shall refund the amount to the petitioner".

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court finds no grounds to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
