Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide the petitioner duty permit orders as Driver and thereby allow the petitioner to rejoin duty as Driver with continuity of service, backwages and all other attendant service benefits from 20.02.2012.

Thus, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition and if at all any grievances are available to the writ petitioner, the same can be redressed through the subsequent writ petition filed by the writ petitioner.
