To quash the case in Crime No.886 of 2018 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

apd/sms 2.When the matter is takenup for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vanur and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.322 of 2022. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
