The present Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the registered case in Cr.No.577 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 4(1-A) & 4(1)(aaa) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

instructions, would contend that all further actions were dropped in Cr.No.577 of 2012 on the file the Inspector of Police, Roshanai Police Station and nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

4. In view of the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
